truffle oil.
• Florentine egg white omelet with slow-roasted

Sample Lunch Menus:

• Grilled tofu steaks with yakitori sauce, shiitake
mushrooms and green beans.

mash and braised organic kale.

GETTING STARTED:
Zone Seattle offers a variety of programs. At the
end of your program we will continue your service without
interruption unless you instruct us otherwise. We do
need 72 hours notice, but we will make every effort
to accommodate your needs.
